Little Sage is a product owned and operated by Zero To Build LLC ("Zero To Build," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how Zero To Build LLC collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you use the Little Sage app, website, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account and contact information you voluntarily provide, such as your name or email address.
  • Wardrobe photos, clothing items, child age range, preferences, and other content you upload or enter.
  • Photos or content that may include a child's image, clothing, nursery, or surroundings if you choose to upload them.
  • Device data, usage logs, analytics events, diagnostics, and approximate location or weather-related information needed to operate and improve the Service.
  • Subscription status information from Apple or subscription management providers, such as whether a subscription is active, renewed, expired, or canceled.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate Little Sage, provide outfit suggestions, personalize features, manage subscriptions, provide customer support, communicate with you, maintain security, debug issues, analyze performance, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use uploaded child photos for third-party targeted advertising.

3. Data Sharing

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the Service, such as cloud hosting, analytics, weather data, subscription management, customer support, email, and error monitoring providers. These providers are authorized to use information only to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

If you click an affiliate link, such as Amazon or another retailer, those third parties may collect information to track referrals, purchases, and commissions. We do not control how those third parties collect or use data, and their privacy policies apply to their services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a Little Sage subscription, payments are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Apple may provide limited information needed to manage your subscription, such as active, renewed, expired, or canceled status.

We may use third-party services such as RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. These providers process subscription status information but do not receive your full payment card details from us.

5. Children's Privacy

Little Sage is designed for parents and caregivers, not for children to use directly. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If you upload information about a child, including photos, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you otherwise have authority to provide that information. If we learn that we collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without required consent, we will delete it as required by law.

6. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

Little Sage is not a medical device and does not provide medical, health, safety, temperature-regulation, or emergency advice. Outfit suggestions are for informational and convenience purposes only. Always use your own judgment and consult your pediatrician or qualified health provider with any questions about your child's health or safety.

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Service. We may retain limited backup, log, or legal records for a reasonable period after deletion requests.

9. Your Choices

  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
  • You can disable certain analytics, permissions, notifications, or location access in your device settings where applicable.
  • You can delete wardrobe items or photos you uploaded within the app where supported, or by contacting us.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.

If you access Little Sage from outside the United States, you understand your information may be processed in the U.S. and other locations where our service providers operate, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
